I just upgraded my account but it didn't show up in my account level? |

There will be times when there is a DNS timeout or the servers did not finish communicating, this means our server did not get the information to upgrade your account automatically. Please use the Contact US Form and include your username, amount, and the payment processor transaction receipt you received, and we will upgrade your account manually after verifying the information. Once we receive your ticket, your account should reflect the upgrade within 24 hours. |

Does My Membership Expire? |

Free Accounts: From the date you join, your account is good for 200 days.
Upgraded Accounts: Upgrades are effective on the day they are made, and will expire 200 days from that date. |

My upgrade didn't show up in my account level? |

Contact us with your username, amount, and the payment processor transaction receipt you received, and we will upgrade your account manually after verifying the information. |

What If I change my mind and want a refund? |
| |
You must request your refund, in writing, within 7 days of sending us the upgrade fees. After 7 days, no refund is allowed. |

Can I open multiple accounts? |
| |
No. We only allow 1 account per member. |

How much can I upgrade by at once? |
| |
There are several upgrade amounts listed to choose from. You can upgrade by whatever amount you are comfortable with. If you want to upgrade by an amount not listed, you can make multiple upgrades to equal that amount. However, any upgrade or combination of upgrades made over the course of one week, that are for $1,000 or more, will require administrator approval, prior to being accepted and added to your account.
Please do not upgrade more than you can comfortably risk. |

What is the maximum account level I can have? |

The maximum you can upgrade your account level to is $5,000. |

Why does my site(s) show up as suspended? |
| |
Sites are only suspended for violating our rules. Make sure your site does not violate the following:
- No code to break out of our surf bar frame
- No pop-ups, pop-ins, redirects, rotators, messages, scripts, downloads, errors, dialog boxes, malicious code or anything which could interrupt our automatic page rotation
- No adult or porn sites
- No broken, under-construction or slow-loading pages
- No Hate or Discriminatory Sites
- No URL Spamming. Only one listing per URL is allowed
Non-complying sites (or entire accounts) may be suspended or deleted and all credits and earnings lost, without notice.
If after verification any member changes the content of their site to include any of the above, ie rotator, framebreakers etc, then that member will have their account permanently suspended and will be banned from our site. |

Can I Upgrade With My Earnings? |
| |
Yes. In order to upgrade with earnings, you must have at least $5 in your account balance, and a minimum $20 account level. |
